European Writers Club Presents
Knowing your audience from the earliest stages of development is crucial for anyone
involved in creating and airing a TV series. This session presents a case study on CLEAN, a TV series selected for the 3rd European Writers Club’s accelerator, Bridging Generations / connecting audiences - a pilot initiative
supported by the EU.
You will gain insights into audience design and research, conducted in the early stages of development by the Danish audience research agency, PUBLIKUM. The findings and takeaways will be shared alongside the writers, creators, and producer of the series. What is useful to know about your audience? And when should you involve them during story development? The creators behind CLEAN will provide first-hand answers to these questions. In the panel you will meet: Hanna Leivonniemi and Vivian Säde (writers/creators on CLEAN), Eero Hietala (CEO and producer, Take Two Studios), Niels Alberg (CEO of PUBLIKUM) and Thomas Gammeltoft (head of EWC).
