Ways, Wins and Worries in the Film Industry

What does the creative process actually look like when no two composers work the same way? How do you move through a creative block, recognise your own progress and celebrate the wins along the way? And what are the things that still make you worry, even as your career develops?
This open round table invites composers, directors, sound designers, producers and all film team members to speak honestly and openly about the ways, wins and worries that come with building a career in film music. There is no set agenda or right answer. Instead, the conversation creates space to share working methods, celebrate recent successes, voice uncertainties, ask the questions that are sometimes left unasked and exchange thoughts and encouragement.
