The TV Beats Co-Financing Market, part of the Industry@Tallinn & Baltic Event drama series strand TV Beats, is now accepting submissions for its 2025 edition. Dedicated to showcasing drama series with strong international sales and distribution potential, the market invites production companies to submit their projects by June 30, 2025.

For the second year, the market proudly presents the Council of Europe Series Co-Production Development Award, valued at €50,000. This prestigious prize supports independent producers and encourages creative co-production partnerships across Europe. The award is part of the Council of Europe’s Pilot Programme for Series Co-Productions and is open to producers from Eurimages member states.

“We look forward to exploring what are the boiling topics and themes of this year’s submissions and welcoming the representatives of selected projects to Tallinn this November”, says Petri Kemppinen, Co-head of the TV Beats Forum.

Launched in 2021, the TV Beats Co-Financing Market selects eight to ten promising drama series projects each year. Eligible teams — comprising a producer, screenwriter, and/or director — are invited to pitch their projects to industry professionals. Selected participants will also have the opportunity to engage in one-on-one meetings with financiers, broadcasters, sales agents, and co-production partners, as well as receive valuable mentoring and networking support.

To apply, producers must complete an online application via the official submission platform and provide all required materials. The deadline for submissions is June 30, 2025.

TV Beats Co-Financing market takes place from November 17 to 18. It is the drama series strand of Industry@Tallinn & Baltic Event, the professional arm of the Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival. The event brings together leading broadcasters, VOD platforms, producers, screenwriters, and other key industry figures for several days of inspiration, connection, and collaboration during Tallinn’s Tallinn’s long, dark November nights.
