The TV Beats Co-Financing Market, a part of the Industry@Tallinn & Baltic Event drama-series programme TV Beats, has opened submissions for 2026. The initiative spotlights high-quality drama series projects with significant international distribution and sales potential, welcoming applications from production companies until July 14, 2026.

Returning for its third consecutive year, the market will once again proudly present the Council of Europe Series Co-Production Development Award, worth €50,000. The award aims to strengthen independent production and foster innovative European co-production collaborations. It is a part of the Council of Europe’s Pilot Programme for Series Co-Productions and is open to producers from Eurimages member states.

“Over the years TV Beats has proven to be an efficient launchpad for new series in development. The participating project representatives tend to value the scale of the event which makes it easy to connect and network with the attending professionals - distributors, commissioners and co-producers,” says Petri Kemppinen, Co-head of the TV Beats Forum.

Launched in 2021, the TV Beats Co-Financing Market selects up to eight promising drama series projects each year. Eligible teams — comprising a producer, screenwriter, and/or director — are invited to pitch their projects to industry professionals. Selected participants will also have the opportunity to engage in one-on-one meetings with financiers, broadcasters, sales agents, and co-production partners, as well as receive valuable mentoring and networking support.

Since its launch in 2021, the TV Beats Co-Financing Market has selected promising drama series projects annually. Chosen creative teams — including producers, writers, and directors — are invited to present their projects to leading industry professionals. Participants also gain access to mentoring, networking opportunities, and one-to-one meetings with potential financiers, broadcasters, sales agents, and co-production partners.

To apply, producers must complete an online application via the official submission platform and provide all required materials. The deadline for submissions is July 14, 2026.

The event gathers broadcasters, VOD platforms, producers, screenwriters, and other international industry professionals for several days of networking, collaboration, and creative exchange in Tallinn during the long November nights.
