Shorts Industry Shortcut has unveiled the programme for its second edition, set to run from 14–15 November 2025 in Tallinn, Estonia.

For the second year in a row, PÖFF offers the opportunity to step into the shoes of an international film critic. PÖFF is seeking participants to a film review workshop, led by Victor Fraga.

The selection for this year's international Script Pool competition, which focuses on film scripts, includes projects from Estonia, Latvia, Sweden, Czech and Spain. For the first time the selection includes a film blending animation and live action – FLORA, When We Wish Upon a Star.

TV Beats Forum, focusing on scripted series as part of Industry @ Tallinn & Baltic Event, presents eight European series projects to be pitched at the TV Beats Co-Financing Market. Five recently completed titles will be screened as part of the event.
